Great location and a delicious breakfast every morning. Loved the deck overlooking the river. We stayed four nights, exploring the beautiful National Park, the busy Gatlinburg strip, and neighboring towns. My only complaint would be the outside noise of cars on the street, and the hotel certainly isn't responsible for that!

Breakfast was good. Room was clean, but we thought the air-conditioner might have had mice in it. There was a strong offensive odor coming from it. We told the front desk at check out. We loved that our bed was made daily and we were provided with clean towels and washcloths daily. The balcony river view was great. We used it morning and evening.

The gentleman that put out the morning breakfast was such a hard worker. Everything was filled and clean. He was very friendly and always had a smile. The parking was tight but not alot of room to expand. Loved the river and will come back again.

The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep. It has paper thin walls, so you could hear everything and everyone walking by until it quieted down around 2am. The views were beautiful from the balcony but people were smoking so you couldn’t enjoy it.
