The room was in good condition and clean. My issue was trying to get a coffee in the morning! I didn't want the decaf powdered milk stuff in the room. There's supposed to be free coffee at the front.I was willing to pay for coffee, but neither the restaurant nor the front desk could provide me with any. The girl at the front desk was rude.

As tourists to Ottawa, we liked being out and about all day, and returning to our suite to have dinner. The kitchen was basic, but what we needed. We also liked the walk across the bridge every morning. Staff were very nice and responsive. Everything seemed clean. Thank you.
