“My stay at Quality Inn Kigali was amazing from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. From the first day, I felt right at home. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. The food from the restaurant was also amazing. I honestly ate almost the same dish every day because it was that good! I really enjoyed having a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills. Coming from Philadelphia, waking up to that view was something special...

“If you are accustomed to Western comforts, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The property did not have air conditioning and the power kept going out and the power controlled the water as well. “Very clean and comfortable. Very good and big breakfast with plenty of fruit. Very friendly staff.”

“Overall service = excellent”

“As an Expedia platinum client I must say this stay was amazing. Had a bit of an issue upon my arrival but the staff went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Food was good, room was spacious, and location was great. The best part…felt like I was staying in an art gallery with beautiful displays of art all over the property. A must see for sure!”

“Very clean. Staff were most courteous and helpful. Joyce at the front desk was exceptional, she kindly walked us to the restaurant despite her painful foot.”

“The bed was comfortable. Linens clean. Bigger than expected for 4 adults. Very limited silverware and dishes. Tiki resturant was good. We didn't try the Asian resturant. There was an Asian market, but very small and only accepted cash. Excellent airport transfer. ”
