“This is my second stay in this place, but this time I was offered a 1st-floor room that was not as good as my previous stay, it was not well ventilated or warm, to make things worse, it was so noisy around 4 a.m.; kids and their family were shouting and talking so loudly running around as if it was day, never recommend the first floor.
