“El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura.”

“The room was clean and basic amenities (washing machine, dryer, fridge etc)
Bedding and sheets were good.
The bathroom- shower had mold
The heater for the bedroom didn't work, however there were other bedding available to help on the chilly nights.
Great stay, thank you”

“Our stay was not great. Remote for air con was missing, a great staff member gave us a portable heater instead which was nice. Microwave did not work, which was replaced quickly. But the shower was not cleaned at all, it had the half used soap with hair attached from the previous guests and was very dirty.
We spoke to the manager about it and he did not even care, no apology, nothing.
It was clear that he did not care.”

“Our family stayed there for 3 nights.
Parking was a bit tight to navigate for a big car, especially if another car was coming down the opposite way.
Slight musky smell in the apartment - had to spray some air freshener.
The fan in the bathroom wasn't working - had to open the windows to air out the steam.
Walls are thin - can hear other people if they get a bit loud at night.
But otherwise, a good place to relax after exploring the city.”
