At 8:00am the housecleaning staff starting loudly knocking on doors reminding everyone that checkout was at 11:00am. Very annoying and unnecessary. Made me feel like they were kicking everyone out early. Felt very welcome.

The carpets felt icky, maybe swap them.oit for hardwood floors and the ac need cleaning or servicing it smelt a bit weird.

Rooms are full renovated. Very clean and nice washroom. Need some work on breakfast area.its very nice / clean but bit tight & small

The bathroom had a foul odor, mostly from the commode. Smelled like sewer. There was old stains at the bottom of the sliding door frames, hair on the wall of shower, the shower/shampoo containers a had dark smudges on the pumps. The beds were comfortable. The lamp between the two beds had dust sitting. Over all, a bad cleaning between reservations.
