“The lodge smelt like smoke when we arrived with black dust by the fireplace.it was not cleaned, very very dusty which didn’t sit well with my allergies, the linens in the bedroom didn’t seem cleaned there was body odor on the pillows. there was dirty linens in garbage bags sitting in the bedroom tv stand. Not having internet this time a day was a killer as well. ”

“Very nice place to stay, we used it as a base to cover Bryce Canyon and Zion, there are a couple of good places to eat in locally too. The only point to mention is that there is no air conditioning, this may not be an issue for many but for us in late June it was a little bit uncomfortable through the night.”

“Check in was at the Red Ledges hotel, which was NOT outlined in the check in instructions at the time.(I think it’s been added since). I called the listed property phone number. No one answered and the mailbox was full. Luckily someone did message me back through hotelsdotcom and instructed us to go to red ledges. The house was freezing. The heater did not work at all. “First, this isn’t cabin. It’s a condo. Very basic which needs lots of updates. Furnishings are from the 1980’s which wasn’t an issue for me, but could be for some. It was decent to sleep and shower. Very clean, but there was a mice problem. We could hear them scampering throughout the walls during the night, they chewed up toilet paper, and left droppings on the sofa bed so it wasn’t used. Owners did leave mice traps, but I didn’t use them. Beds were old and not very comfy, but again, useful...
