I enjoyed the room with the kitchen , and the bed was comfortable. My issue is with them holding $100 on my card, and charging $7 for parking in the open parking lot.

The room was fine, the staff courteous. I think it's about time for them to replace the carpeting in the hallways, and I am not a fan of them holding $100 per each day on my card or charging $7 for parking.

Staff were amazing however the carpet in both of my rooms was beyond disgusting. Carpetnis in need of cleaning or replacement. I picked this spot as I was staying for one week and they looked like they had a nice gym with a great selection of free weights. When I got there, there wasnonly 6 in the stand. Looks likenthe rest had veen stolen snd had not been replaced.

When we first arrived our room was dirty, sticky, and the refrigerator was not on. I went down to talk to a staff member her name was Maria, she was super helpful and kind and changed us into a different room right away. She did apologize and the second room we got was better. It was a little hard to cook in there with how little space there was but overall everything else was good. Everything was clean and organized.

We had to move my daughter out of her first room due to the overwhelming smell of cat urine. Our room that was attached also had a musty smell. It activated my asthma. The beds were very comfortable though. The hallways smelled nice. However, at some point I got flea bites on my ankles from the room to the elevator. The second room my daughter had smelled fresh and seemed nice. Needless to say, we are probably not staying there again.
