We have stayed here twice while in a Disney vacation and had great experiences. The customer service was great. The prices are reasonable and the amenities very comfortable. The proximity to the park and the shuttle stop made traveling to the parks very easy.

The property is clean and the breakfast is the best, always fresh and lots of different choices everyday. We also got to see the fireworks from Disneyland every night from our window. It’s a good location for Disneyland trip.

Clean room, close distance to everything. Friendly staffs. Breakfast was good. The only downside is parking at night because of the restaurant beside it & Joe’s Italian Ice customers keeps parking surrounding the hotel & it gets loud at night with customers revving up cars. A designated parking for hotel guests only would be nice.

Rooms very clean and spacious, amenities perfect. Customer service very very good. Iron was not working, called front desk, they brought me a brand new iron. The complementary breakfast was amazing!! Although they charge for parking, but it is very convenient, and the charge is reasonable $25. Area beautiful and safe, close to Disneyland for which the hotel has a shuttle that can take you to and back for a small fee. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was great, room was great, service was great. The only bad part was that it’s next to the joes Italian ice cream shop and all night parking lot for property gets packed by customers using hotel parking lot to buy ice cream and you can’t find anywhere to park even though you get charged parking fee every night.
