Room was great for a family of 5, very spacious. Only issue was elevators took forever, had to go to other floors for ice (but microwaves was available not only in lobby), also had to pay for parking which I was not expecting. Overall stay was enjoyable and the location was great.

AC was not all that comfortable, room temp never got below 74 degrees even with setting lowered and on thru the night. I’m assuming this was a temporary mechanical issue over a holiday weekend. Location is excellent for dining, several restaurants are basically right outside the lobby door. Morton’s a block away never needing to drive anywhere.

The suites are all renovated and very clean. We did have an issue not having hot water. The staff was kind and wanted to work towards a solution so we definitely appreciated this. We will stay here again for a future Disney visit.
