The hotel, amenities and breakfast was great. It's close to a massive amount of shopping. Only issue, and it's not the hotel, Hempstead is about 2 miles away. So their loud and obnoxious relatives were in the hotel. Otherwise, it's a great hotel choice.

Stayed at the upgraded spacious suite. A/C worked, the tub spot was almost coming off the wall and tiles in the washroom improperly installed. This hotel gets alot of traffic, appears its popular with guests. Thurs and Fri food delivery to guests non stop. Cleaning under tables and chairs in front lobby/dining area could be more frequent. Room is cleaned every other day vs everyday when i stsyed at BW in Feb. Leslie was always accommodating! Breakfast was excellent! Parking was safe. Not much noise or parties runnjng around. I would recommend this hotel.
