We stayed at Olivo for 4 nights and loved the apartments. Clean and well equipped, it was great to have a dishwasher and coffee machine. Beds were comfy and outdoor space (balcony) was huge! We loved the pool.

We loved our stay at Residenza Olivo. The room was clean and comfortable with a large balcony and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was beautiful with lots of seating, but unfortunately rather cold in April since it's unheated. The lovely staff made us feel very welcome and the location was very convenient to Garda without being too busy. All in all we'd love to return.

We really enjoyed walking into Garda. The property is situated in easy asseses to nearby villages. The property was perfectly equipped for our needs. Not a smart TV so we used a 'HDMI to c' lead into the TV so we could enjoy netflix etc through our phone.

We had booked a one bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was large and clean with a large balcony. It was great to be able to do washing and hang it to dry on our balcony. The pool is gorgeous and the gardens are beautiful and there are plenty of sun loungers. We liked the secure covered parking. The only gripe is the road noise, which spoils the chilled ambience. It is still a great place to stay.

We had a great stay in a modern apartment at Residenza Olivo. We only stayed for 3 nights, but overall, it is a clean, good-sized apartment. The staff has been helpful and the accommodation was neat and clean. We had some trouble with the dishwasher, but it was sorted out by the maintenance team in a quick time. Overall a good place to stay with family. Garda is a good place to live because it is cheaper compared to all other Lake Garda towns and restaurants are cheaper for eating out.

Excellent apartments throughout. The property seems relatively new so everything is in great condition. Apartments are clean and functional with all amenities you need for a vacation. The gym is reasonably equipped but it could do with a water machine. Parking is securely gated and certain parts covered.

We stayed in the “Trilo Top” apartment which sleeps up to 6 (2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed). The apartments have fridge (and small freezer), hob, microwave (that is also an oven too), dishwasher etc. They are very modern and clean! There is a welcome pack with a bottle of water, coffee pods, small washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and tea towel too. It has (covered) parking and an unheated (which we loved in last weeks heat!) pool. There is also a gym and launderette. It was a 10-12 minute walk for us with two boys (8 and 11) down to Garda town. We normally stay in villas, but this worked perfectly for us for a week. I was also worried as their check in times were 4pm-7pm and our flight didn’t land into Milan until 9.40pm so wouldn’t arrive until around 1am. I emailed them before booking and they said call up the day before and they will sort it out. True to their word, I called up and they WhatsApp’d me a link to check in and arranged for the keys and a map to be available when we arrived at 1am (it was stress free!). Would highly recommend looking at them if you’re trying to find a base.

Great for family stay

Great apartment, modern and comfortable with effective air conditioning. Laundry room was helpful to have and nice that pool towels were included. Reception staff were helpful. There is some noise from the road nearby but it didn’t bother us and made navigating easy as one straight rd to town centre. Found taxis expensive and not always easy to get hold of but that isn’t a reflection on the accommodation. Would recommend and stay here again.

My family and I have been on holiday in many places over the years. But this experience was the best we have ever had. There was nothing to complain about. The hotel apartments are incredibly luxurious, and all the facilities are amazing. And last but not least, the staff are incredible, welcoming, smiling and exceptionally helpful. It's a really nice place to be. It's definitely not the last time we'll be coming here.

We stayed at Residenza Olivo for one week and unfortunately our experience was disappointing overall. The apartment itself was mostly clean and the location was good, however a major issue was that the air conditioning — which is clearly advertised as an included amenity — was completely switched off. This was not mentioned anywhere on Expedia or the property’s own website before booking. We reported the issue during our stay and were eventually told that the system had been turned off because it was considered “too cold at night,” but no alternative solution was offered. Unfortunately, the apartment became very uncomfortable at times, our sleep was affected, and this triggered migraines during the trip. Had we known the air conditioning would be unavailable, we would likely have chosen alternative accommodation. The most disappointing part was the lack of transparency and the handling of the complaint afterward, it feels like they don't care. We understand seasonal systems can happen, but this should be clearly stated before booking so guests can make an informed decision. Overall, the stay did not match the amenities that were advertised and I wouldn't recommend this place.
