“Comfortable and clean studio set in pretty and quiet garden. Near to Bressingham steam museum and garden centre ..both worth a visit. Studio had everything needed for a quiet break away from it all. Owners Terry and Anne made us feel very welcome. Would recommend ”

“A lovely location and great facilities. Great staff and bar area had a lovely atmosphere. Morning breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. Rooms were very quiet, hotel had a lift which is very convent as the steps are steep to the 2nd floor. The rooms are a little tired and the bathroom window privacy screening is in desperate need of replacement. Kettle is completely scaled up and cups were also dirty so this needs to be addressed. “I only had one dinner in the Greek restaurant but I felt the thickness of the pitta bread topped with chips before thin slithers of chicken just bulked the meal out and made you feel you were having something very unhealthy. Due to no air con and high temperatures the room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable. There was a fan which helped to a degree. “Wonderful in every aspect”

“Lovely location and tranquil setting. However our stay did not include breakfast and at £13 each we gave it a miss. Plenty of parking outside, although there were very few staff around, we had to call the hotel to get someone at reception.”

“We had breakfast. Nice dining room. Full English and scrambled eggs on toast were geat. All staff cheerful and friendly. ”

“The room was nice and cozy, it had the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! The tea and coffee were very much appreciated as well. The staff were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you, I will definitely stay again if I visit Thetford.”
