Great Place to Stay

I have stayed here multiple times. It has a great location. Close Anmok Street but not too close. I paid extra for the ocean view - was well worth it. The bed was very comfortable. Will continue to stay here.

Great value hotel

Great place for a short stay in Gangneung. Close to Anmok Coffee Street but not too close. There is a decent convenience store on B1. Also, there is a nice quiet beach area across the road. This is my second stay here.

Good location.

Good location to coffee shops and beach. Two restaurants and a cafe on site. Rooms are modern. Bathroom good size. Car parking under hotel was easy to park and get to rooms. I was at the hotel during a typhoon and the room was secure and safe. My car was safe underground. American style food restaurant open late and has reasonable priced meals until 1130pm.

Great place for a short trip

Nice hotel with a great location. Very close to the beach and a short walk from Anmok Coffee Street. I had a good stay here and the price was very reasonable. My room was showing signs of wear and tear and the linen had a couple of stains, but no big issues. There is a convenience store on floor B1 - oddly, it was not well advertised. There is also a swanky burger restaurant in front of the hotel. I didn't try it, but it looked good and was busy. Overall, I comfortable stay at Pineart, and I would definitely use the hotel again.

The place is still developing so it is in need of more amenities such as concierge desk. They have a pair of massage chair and it was very good. It is so good that I wanted to take one home. The room was clean and quiet. The staffs asked not to open the balcony door unless necessary because of flying bugs can come in. I stayed only one night but if time permits I wouldn't mind staying for a few more days.

The hotel is an easy and scenic walk from Anmok beach and just across the street from the coast itself. The only issue I had was the large bright green exit light in my room that lit up the whole room at night like an eerie alien movie. If you're sensitive to light when your trying to sleep, it will definitely givw you problems.

사진에서 보여지는 것보다는 객실이 작게 느껴졌습니다. 트윈 침대 객실이었는데 하나는 쾌적했지만 제가 사용한 침구에서는 약간 콤콤한 냄새가 났습니다. 베개가 하나씩이었는데 하나 더 있었으면 좋았겠다는 생각이 들었고, 전망도 좋은데 벽면 전체가 바다를 볼 수 있는 구조였더라면 하는 아쉬움이 있습니다.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 인근 호텔에 비해 약간 저렴해서 좋음. 숙련되지 않은 직원이 체크인을 진행해서 다소 불편했고, 친환경 정책으로 일회용품이 없는것은 좋으나, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시는 기본적으로 다회용품으로 구비해 놓았어야 하나, 환경파괴적인 1회용품을 자판기로 구매하라니 비용절감으로만 읽힘. 주차장 진입로가 다소 좁고 복잡해 차량 이용시 약간의 주의 필요

청결 신경 좀 써주셨으면..

오션뷰라 기분 좋게 들어갔는데 침대 옆 구석에 청소를 안한건지 머리카락부터 쓰레기가 많이 있었어서 별 점수 뺍니다. 숙박하는데에 있어서 청결이 가장 중요한거 아닌가 생각이 들어 조금 아쉽습니다.

전반적으로 만족

전반적으로 청결하고, 직원 분들께서도 친절하셨습니다. 무엇보다 편의점이 바로 밑에 존재하고 새벽 늦게까지 영업해서 좋았습니다. 주변에 안목 해변이 있어서 바다 보러 가기에도 좋은 위치입니다. 그런데 복도 소리는 잘 들리고 쿵쿵 소리도 은근히 들립니다.
