샤워기 수압이 너무 낮아서 불편했습니다. 같이 묵었던 다른 사람방은 괜찮아서, 그 사람 방 가서 샤워하느라 불편했습니다.그리고 신발두는 현관에 긴 머리카락이 너무 많아서 제 캐리어에 머리카락이 엉켜서 그거 떼어내느라고 불편했습니다. 청소상태도 신경써주세요.

주변에 식당도 많고 걸어서 다녀올 수 있어서 좋았고 객실도 편하고 깨끗하고 이뻤어요. 아쉬운 것은 어메니티에 컨디셔너 없는 것과 방음이 잘 안되는점.. 옆방에서 폰 진동이 울리는데 소리가 리얼해서 제 전화인줄 알고 받으려고 했네요 ㅎ 방음빼고는 전체적으로 만족합니다.

투숙객 대부분은 차량을(호텔은 10여대만 수용 가능. 모텔 수준 주차장임)이면도로나 주편 골프 연습장 주변 공터에 무질서하게 주차해야 합니다. 이면도로나 빈공터를 찾아서 칼주차에 능숙하지 않은 분들에게는 추천하기 힘든 숙소입니다. 좀 당황스러운 점은 프런트에 단발머리 젊은 여직원은 주차자리 없으면 공터나 이면도로 아무데나 대라고 퉁명스럽게 말하뿐 고객 응대 서비스 마인드가 부족합니다. 객실 내부나 노후정도, 청결은 3.5성급이지만, 주차와 직원서비스는 모텔이나 노후된 여관급입니다.

친구와 1박 강릉여행을 갔다가 묵었는데요^ ^ 호텔 시설이나 주변 시내는 깨끗했습니다. 제 개인적인 느낌였지만. 욕실(샤워장)이 넓고 바닥 타일도 이뻤어요👍 하지만 새벽에는 방안이 더워서 땀을 좀 흘렸네요;;; 침구류는 너무 폭신하고 깨끗하고 호텔에서만 쓸법한 아주 좋은 느낌ㅋㅋ 온도조절은 객실 방안에서 안됐어서 새벽에 잠을 좀 설쳤어요. 그래도 호텔 느낌이 너무 좋아, 다음에도 강릉을 간다면 그레이호텔에 다시 묵고 싶네요^ ^

그냥저냥

주차장에 대한 정보가 너무 없어 후기 남깁니다 지상주차장인데 빈자리가 있었는데도 공간이 너무 좁아서 차를 댈수없었어요 (중형차) 저말고도 한두대가 차 대려다 포기한것도 봤습니다 결국 전 외부 다른 주차장에 주차했어요 호텔내부는 나쁘지않았고 직원분이 그닥 친절하시진 않았어요 코로나로인해 조식은 제공하지 않는다하니 이용에 참고하세요
