It is very clean and comfortable hotel, look like a sweet home, the breakfast sent to the room's front door and is vert delicious. Its stuffs are very friendly and polite, nice lake views through the hotel's windows. Very nice stay with this hotel.

Stonewater Manor is a real gem in Gananoque. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Even when the reception desk wasn't staffed, the pub team was available to assist with anything we needed. One of the highlights was having breakfast delivered to our room each morning, which was a lovely touch. The pub is also excellent, serving delicious food, making it a great option for dinner. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The only minor issue was that towels were not changed daily, although we later discovered this is done upon request. We also had to ask twice for fresh coffee mugs, as we had assumed housekeeping would replace them during room servicing. It appears that housekeeping services may also be provided on a request basis. Despite these small inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stonewater Manor is a charming place with excellent service and a warm atmosphere, and we would happily consider staying there again in the future.

Lovely stay in Loft Room

We loved this B&B. Friendly staff and great breakfast. We had dinner in the pub downstairs too. The food, draught beer and cocktails were all very good. We recommend the loft room which enjoys a great view of the water.
