Vacations Close To Judah P. Benjamin Confederate Memorial at Gamble Plantation Historic State Park

The room was very spacious and absolutely the cleanest motel room we've stay in! The room amenities were great- the freezer portion of the mini fridge was stunningly large and re-froze our cooler blocks handily. The bathroom was large, well kept and functional and had a good-sized counter for our toiletries. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower reminded me of those on our cruise ships, other than the fact that there was no shower gel dispenser. There were regular bars of soap, so no points taken off for that. The staff were friendly and clearly worked hard to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and property. The included breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food and drink choices, and the area was actively cleaned and restocked while we were there. We didn't use the bar, but checked it out the morning we left and it had a good variety of basic drink ingredients on hand. Parking was sufficient and well-lit during the night, and we were able to observe our vehicle easily from the room. We would definitely stay here again on our next overnight trip to the area!

All good

The worst experience ever

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are very clean, though sometimes they forgot to clean them. I recommend this hotel , it’s very clean, quiet, and offers good service.

Great location, but definitely in need of some modernization. Had to move rooms due to poor condition of mattress. But the staff was amazingly helpful throughout our 2-night stay. Had late afternoon food at the bar / restaurant. We did not finish it... slightly above microwave quality. With these issues, I'd say it was 25 - 30 percent overpriced. The other plus was that they didn't charge extra for valet parking.

Was awesome! Close to everything!

The room was clean, easy check in, sweet staff and the floors were not rug, which for me is a win! I’m always grossed out about carpets in hotels and the smell it brings. I would definitely stay here again.
