Gorgeous scenery. Lovely hot pool. Good breakfast. Internet ok in rooms, not good in lobby and restaurant. Out of hotel facility dining requires driving.

Go if you want to relax with heated pools

We arrived late October with low expectations. We were looking for a heated or indoor pool witch the pictures didn't show that well. We checked in at another hotel in the resort and service and welcome was great. Clean rooms. They forgot we came 4 people. but that was resolved immediately. The staff were very nice and smiling and we felt us welcome. The heated in and outdoor pools with 37 C were amazing with terma water. It is not a place with roller coasters and not meant to be. The hotels are a bit old, but a renovation takes place at the moment

L’Hotel Splendid è il terzo di un complesso come il Galzignano Resort. Avendoli provati tutti possiamo dire che esteticamente è il meno “bello” ma ha comunque camere spaziose con un bel balcone e tutti i servizi sono in comune con l’hotel Majesti. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo davvero ottimo

Mobili bagno scadenti con pezzi di legno mancanti o rotti. Formiche in bagno viste in piu giorni . Stipite della porta del bagno rotto , luce stanza ingresso bruciata. Troppo caldo di notte. Nulla da dire per la colazione e i servizi termali e il parco per un 4 stelle che seppur datato mantiene efficienti. Migliorabile la manutenzione insomma. Personale sempre cortese e gentile.

Pros… the pools were great! Breakfast was subpar but if u went to the sister hotel next door “Majestic “ it was much better. Cons: they allow dogs at this hotel. we had a small dog yapping in the room next door at various times. Then there was a larger dog somewhere also barking. Complaining to management did nothing. Also if ure room is at end of hall the wi-fi is spotty if non-existent. The rooms and hotel was very clean, but the walls are paper thin between the rooms. For the price it was a good value in spite of the cons and the location was excellent for day tripping.
