Staff was very kind & the whole room was clean. Awesome location as well. There is occasionally a very cute dog who will be with reception, he loves a good belly rub. The rooms are smaller but thats super common in europe, especially if its not a chain like marriott or hilton (but the big chains dont have nearly as much character as the independent/ boutique hotels) 100% recommend staying here!

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is very clean and the rooms had everything we needed! Shower was amazing, linens were excellent quality, bed very comfortable. Wifi was strong. Room was clean and had air conditioning. Shower was good, no complaints. Lifts worked, great access to downtown. I didn't book parking at the building but they validated parking at the near by parking garage so it gave a comparable rate.

An absolutely fantastic stay. We stayed in a snug room and it was plenty for what we needed it for. Shop just across the road, plenty of cafes and brilliant pubs nearby. Really close walk to the lanes. Amazing stay
