Lovely hotel with helpful staff and great dining (be sure to check out the deserts - yummy). Liked being so close to the promenade and water. We caught the close by bus and enjoyed all that downtown had to offer.

The hotel was very clean and hospitable. There is beautiful Galway Bay and the promenade across the street. There is a lovely outdoor picnic area for warmer weather. The breakfast was delicious and suited to all tastes. We had a lovely dinner in the pub with friends as well! We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, easily walkable to the dining district in Salt Hill. And the hotel is directly across the street from "The Prom" which offers miles of sidewalk alongside Galway Bay.

We have stayed here many times in the past, and several aspects of the property continue to be excellent. All levels of human service, from the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping, are excellent. The food in the bar is very good and the plates are generous - we ended up sharing meals because Free access to a very fine gym is also welcomed.
