Enjoyed a two night stay. There was a mixup on our second day and our room was not serviced. Staff were quick to bring towels and coffee but it was disappointing to come home to an unmade bed and wet towels that had to lie on the floor for two days as staff did not take them away. Other than that, breakfast was lovely and our evening meal in the dining room our first night was convenient.

It’s an older hotel but our favorite from our trip even over the major hotel chain stays. The room was larger that expected and the food was very good. The staff very friendly.

This is a nice hotel with an attentive staff. The restaurant has excellent food. We had problems with the toilet but they sent someone to fix it immediately. We enjoyed our stay at Flannery’s Hotel.

While this is a lovely hotel. They clearly treat different level of guests differently. Those staying longer and with higher levels of accomidations got treated beautifully from what I witnessed - not exactly what I got. but nice warm room, with ample hot water.

It was SUPER expensive, but apparently Galway is in a housing crunch. No pool or amenities like that. Breakfast was awesome. Staff friendly. Had to walk through a GROSS CIG SMOKY hallway to get to the elevator, so instead we had to drag the luggage down the stairs.
