Excellent location. Very close to the train station, bars and restaurants. The girls at reception were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and bright and had a air con/heating system. The bathroom toiletries consists of an all in one blue gel (shampoo & body wash). So I would advise bringing your own toiletries if you prefer. Beds comfortable. We slept very well. We would stay again.

Small place with larger rooms off site across the street. Lots of the items are dates but the rooms themselves were spacious and clean. Felt like a mismatch/ collections of furniture placed together to make up a room.great location 30 sec walk to Eyre square.

Reception at check in was excellent! She explained a lot about the area, parking and even helped carry my bag up the stairs. The room was clean and comfy and a good size. The guest house was in a great location, walkable to restaurants and shops. Parking was nearby and easy to find.

The hotel staff was fine. When I came down to ask for hand tails, she was not super helpful and told me I didn’t follow directions on how to get clean towels. The room was fine. I stayed for the price. It was what it was however, there were stains on the walls and no hand towels and internet stopped working, and I knew parking had to be outside, but I didn’t realize how far away the most convenient and affordable parking would be.

Although it took a bit of figuring out to find the place once I did, I realized it was very conveniently located to Ayer Square and easy to walk to everything. The front desk people were great. My room was a budget single which faced out onto the front street so it was a little noisy. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

Honestly, it was not what I expected. Very cramped room, small and thin towel, black scratches on the shower floor. But the staff are helpful. And I was able to walk to the bus station with my luggage. It’s easy access to top spots by foot. And there is a great place on the same block for breakfast, etc..

Great location. 5 minute walk to the Spanish quarter. It was nice to be far enough away from all the partying, but a close stumble home. Rooms were clean. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the room, so not very accessible unless you are able bodied. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Pillows were "ok". The room was spacious. Bathroom could have used a little work. I didn't see a hair dryer. Soap in the shower is one bottle of "hair and body". So ladies, bring your own.

Great location on a quiet street close to the heart of things. Family run, friendly staff, basic room with bathroom was clean and well maintained, and price very reasonable. Coffee shop next door, stores and pubs a couple of minutes walk away. Highly recommended.
