We absolutely loved this property - so convenient to everything in Galway - easy walk to Latin Quarter and Shop Street, Eyre Square and the West End! Only wish there was a small mini-fridge - otherwise a perfect room, beautifully decorated and a fantastic shower with the best water pressure in Ireland!!
The location was great and the room was nice. There is no staff on site, so we weren’t able to get help when the wifi was down for the duration of our stay.
Room is spacious, modern, and well-designed. We never saw another person in the hotel, staff or guest, which was eerie. But virtual check-in and checkout was smooth, thanks to the clear instructions provided
Liam was very helpful. He answered all of our questions quickly. The room was clean and very nice. Walking distance to lots of things!

We had major water problems that ranged from no water at all to super hot water. Called for service. They came, but were not able to correct the problem. We left the next day. No good showers for us.
The stay was okay. We were clear that this was a basic hotel stay, but they really mean, basic. The kitchenette is only a kettle and coffee machine with a limited amount of coffee/tea/milk.
The building and room were clean with a few minor areas that were dirtier than the norm (beside the toilet, the side table had chips out of the material etc…). There are a few hangers for clothing, no knobs or hooks in the bathroom though.
The area is relatively quiet until the middle of the night when the parties are returning home from the pubs. To be expected anywhere! But it felt dingy and dirty and unsafe. We would not have gone out at night to have to return there.
It was about a six to eight minute walk to the square or bus/train and other happening areas.
Loved the easy check-in! Accommodations were clean & comfortable. The decor of the place was modern and cool. Location could not be better. Within walking distance of many pubs, restaurants and sights. Only downside was lack of parking. Had to park across the bridge at the church parking lot and carry our bags a bit of a distance. But I know that’s a challenge in Galway. Everything else was great!

It was extremely hot in the room. There was on air conditioning just a portable fan. And the window only opens an inch. Way too hot to sleep in there. Thin walls too.

Air conditioner was not install, just a portable unit that didn’t vent to the outside. Shower temperature control was very difficult to operate. Most guest would assume it was broken. Also, street facing side was very loud. Earplugs were in the room whe. We arrived.
Great little place! Only complaints are it was hard to sleep because the mattress was hard, and the towels left fuzz all over us when we dried off from taking a shower.
