Hotel was not in the best area off the freeway, staff gave great customer service, the rooms were dated, bathrooms weren’t in the best shape and there was hair in the shower, hallway carpet was dingy.

Parking on arrival was simple, we stayed where we could see the car out the window. Check in was smooth. The room was missing towels and toiletries, but front desk was immediately accommodating. Hotel was quiet, and not too busy. Breakfast was lackluster. Waffles, cereal, toast, and apples were what was available. I was disappointed in the lack of hot breakfast items like eggs and bacon and such. Not too crowded though. Checkout was smooth and simple.

This was good enough for what I wanted. I just needed somewhere to sleep for the night and it was fine. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff was friendly. It was clean enough. No bed bugs seen. Not enough luggage carts and since I am disabled that was an issue It’s not somewhere I want to stay for more than a night maybe 2 but good for just an overnight stay. While I was there the vending machines did not work. Hopefully that has been fixed

Property appeared to be clean, but found baby cockroaches and adults crawling, trying to get into my luggage on the desks and drawers area. I had a total of three rooms booked through Expedia and one room booked separately. All four rooms had bugs had no choice. Galveston was sold out had to stay very unhappy bathrooms had mold bedspread had stains. The staff were excellent!! They took care of everyone very friendly very helpful, the problem is higher up, not taking care of the property with the bug infestation. Breakfast was no protein so we had to go somewhere else to get breakfast. Out of the four different rooms some smelled worse than others. None felt very clean. Was charged for five rooms on my credit card only had four. Used the Pay at the hotel feature from Expedia.

I liked the location. The Galveston Seawall is as crowded as expected during the summer. It was nice to drive about 10-15 minutes away from the chaos to wind down when we were ready for bed. There is a Target nearby so we could pick up anything we were missing. The hotel itself was average. The first attendant working at the counter was not very friendly but the woman who was there the next day was.

My stay was very relaxing for the time i needed it. My room was clean and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The only things i was a little disappointed in was the breakfast as there were no eggs nor sausage. Just waffles and bagles and juice. The fruits were even limited as it was just apples. Most places provide oranges and bananas. Also there were no tables outaide by the pool so my friends and i cam sit and play cards and enjoy the surrounding.

Charged more then what its worth.

Honestly wasn't horrible but the beds were hard and the sheets were worn the room was nice besides that the breakfast was severely lacking stood in line for over 20 mins trying to get a waffle one was broken the other option was cereal or a muffin. But besides that every staff member was very helpful and kind.

The couple running the front desk were great and incredibly friendly and helpful. We had to move hotels and they were ready for us when we got in after midnight. I think the facility needs some updates and maintenance. Also there was no real breakfast options.

The staff was great no problems but the cleaning staff was not very helpful and good I ask them to get the trash out they said they do trash very third day I HAVE to go and get towels and toilet paper . The breakfast is no good! water on the floor and could serve better breakfast and waffles and cold cereal

it is located in a good place with good nightly rates, but they have very little menu for breakfast (breads and waffle, juice) also the cleanliness was bad. Room service left stuff in the refrigerator from previous tourist. Front desk service was good.

Very clean and staff was very professional. Refrigerator in room was supposed to be energy efficient, which means it doesnt work and food we had went bad cause it didnt work. Asked front desk about it and was told thats just how they work, if nothings in them they are warm inside. We out drinks and food inside and never got cold. Asked for replacement and did not get one.

Staff keeps this stay bearable

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were the best part of our stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower and bathroom products were nice. The carpet had been badly stained in one area, but it was overall clean. The air conditioning was a tad noisy but worked. The breakfast was barely adequate, and it really needs an upgrade. Add boiled eggs and yogurt, and it would be standard.
