The property was great. I loved all of the amenities my children enjoy the complementary breakfast. My older child would have liked a deeper and larger pool, but my younger nine-year-old enjoyed playing in the pool. Our room had a great view of the pleasure Pierre and beach. The staff was excellent very helpful very kind and courteous. I enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to coming back and booking again at the same location.

The room smelled very strong like citrus the first 24 hours and then like mildew the last 3 days. The front desk couldn’t be bothered with anything I had to say. The breakfast was bland. The best part was the pool and the location. I will pick a different hotel for our next trip to Galveston.

Our room was clean and the Staff was very nice. The view to the ocean was great but the sea birds was annoying so we really didn't enjoyed the balcony plus the weather also didn't cooperated. The breakfast was very nice. The kitchen crew greated you with a smile and Daniela made sure of it that we had what we need. Thank you ( those people need to be treated with respect too)

The only real thing was there is no ac in the halls or elevator and they have industrial fans on the end of each side of the hallways so all you hear all night is the noise from the fans. If you’re a light sleeper like I am bring ear plugs. Other than the facilities issues everything was great.
