I visit this property weekly and find the property nice and clean every visit. Friendly staff. The only complaint was one of the beds on the second floor. Very uncomfortable which caused me to have to change rooms.

Air conditioner did not function properly. It would shut off, fan wouldn’t run at all. The room would become hot and stuffy. When I thought I’d about smother to death, it would finally kick on. The hallways felt like a sauna, maybe that was to trick us into thinking our rooms were cool. The walls were thin and we could hear everything in the next room. Doors slam shut LOUDLY and woke me up many times during the night. It was not a good stay. I would not stay again.

The BW Motel was neat and in great condition in and out. The area was primarily oil refinery and storage while fascinating to look at it was not a great view. All in all, I would recommend it as a great stop!

I decided to stay at this hotel because I stayed here last year, but I regret it in so many ways. When I arrived, the man at the front desk was more concerned about a game he was watching on the back and was not welcoming at all and did not greet me. We weren’t in our room that much and when we finally went to get some rest, I noticed a bunch of hair on one of the beds. When I went to the front desk, someone else was there and when I mentioned my problem, all here offered were clean sheets. When I asked if he was serious, he gave me an attitude and switched me to the room in front. The rest of the staff was also rude and not welcoming at all. Never again going back.

Juice machine broken. No yogurt in yogurt machine. Ran out of sausage and replaced with more eggs. The shampoo and conditioner in the room were empty. Pillows were terrible! Uncomfortable sleep! Will never stay at best western again.

The front desk clerk was “exceptional” ———very kind & courteous ———-knowledgeable & professional!!! Room was clean & area was safe!! We’ll stay here again!!!
