The time we stayed at the place was a great time, it was not crowded and very peaceful. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to the beach and with a walking distance from grocery store and places to eat. The room was clean The only one concern if you plan to stay like 6 people to sleep in the bunk beds are realy narrow and not very suitable for adults.

overall it is a very nice property although the ad says there is a jacuzzi and they do not have one , very disappointing .I booked with Expedia and they dropped the ball on my reservation and it took me at least 2 hours to check in and get a room . the room was clean but it had to have batteries in the thermostat and the the remote in the bedroom . Shampoo and Conditioner in the shower were both empty and they really should use a better quality paper towel in the kitchen if they are going to furnish them .

1. Stove did not work properly. One burner did not work at all and one burner only worked on extreme high regardless of setting 2. Both pool facilities were closed for an entire 36 hours during the stay, removing an advertised amenity that was involved in the decision to book the venue and impeding planned activities with family 3. Refrigerator was not running when we arrived and it took over a day for the unit to reach acceptable storage temperatures, putting several groceries at risk of spoilage. As it was, some frozen items melted and were unusable 4. Patio door did not lock at the handle, providing only one level of security with the secondary and flimsy door bar. As the room was on a first floor balcony, there was still a large concern for illegitimate entry especially while the room was not occupied 5. The water heater had a leak that was very noticeable by the smell of gas when opening the closet door to where it was stored, a health and safety concern 6. There were no SMART TV options in the rental, which meant relying completely on local channels (No Netflix, Prime Video, etc) 7. The main bed room was situated with the head of the bed directly against the outside wall and exterior facing window to high traffic area. This created an inability to block out any noise from directly outside. The window also did not have blinds and this allowed the harsh light from walkway overhead illumination to directly interfere with sleeping as it fell directly where the headboard w
