“The hotel/facility was as described, nothing special but fine, check-in was easy and simple, however I made a mistake when booking (e.g., selecting 1 adult per room rather than 2) which resulted in additional charges during check out.
However, the additional charges removed the booking fees from Hotels.com which resulted in a higher open amount. I reached out to Alpine Lodge which they promptly responded but then stopped communicating and did not fix the error after 3 weeks. This resulted in...

“A truly wonderful stay with a warm and personal atmosphere. Host Dina was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely service-oriented, making us feel very welcome from the start. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and features high-quality materials throughout, with a fantastic location and an excellent spa area. Everything is exceptionally well cared for, and we would happily come back again!”

“Newly renovated Aparthotel in the center of Warth. Has spacious underground parking and indoor pool. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with local produce. Will be back!”
