Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
While the property itself is lovely and the breakfast is a nice touch, the lack of effective air conditioning and poor cleanliness made for a very uncomfortable stay. Until management addresses the A/C and housekeeping standards, it is difficult to enjoy the full potential of this hotel.
