Personal sehr höflich und die Lage ist Top, aber ein paar Kritikpunkte hätte ich noch. Klima Anlage Funktioniert nicht. Zimmer ist heruntergekommen. Kissen hatten Brandlöcher. Wenn man auf der Durchreise ist es akzeptabel aber für längere Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok samimi ve güleryüzlüydü,teşekkür ederim.Kardeşimle bir gece konakladık,gayet temiz bir ortamdı.Sadece sanırım denize çok yakın olması nedeniyle hafif rutubetlenmeler vardı tavanda,,biraz daha bakım yapılırsa harika olur.Yaz tatilim için erken rezarvasyon yaptırmayı bile düşünüyorum,Hamzakoy sahili hemen otelin karşısında deniz ve güneş keyfi sonrası otelde dinlenmek süper olacaktır.Tavsiye ederim..

Oda geç teslim edildi. Oda sigara içilmez olduğu halde sigara kokuyordu ve duman dedektörünün üzerine resimdeki kapak takılıydı. İdareye durumu aktardık ama oda yok dendi ve değiştirilmedi. Otel ve oda tertemiz değil. İlan resimlerinde görüldüğü gibi değiller.

Gelibolu da denize sıfır butik otel.

Hersey cok güzeldi. Covid önlemleri alinmiş. Aile olarak geliboluda gelinebilecek denize sifir bir otel. Kahvalti cok başarılı. Calisanlar cok sicak kanli ve ilgiliydi. Yazın ve hafta sonlari kafa dinlemek için tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Tek gece konaklama için tercih ettik. Otelin konumu çok güzel, denize sıfır. Tercih etmemize rağmen otelde müsaitlik olduğu için bize deniz gören oda ayarladılar. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltısı özellikle sıcaklar çoğu otele göre çok güzeldi.

We booked a suite as we had a lot of luggage. At least it was a decent size. A/C was not working and we were told that they would fix it in 2 hours we never saw them again. No one spoke English so there was no communication at all. Our door wouldn’t lock so we couldn’t go out it took them hours to fix it. Shower head fell off when we tried to have a shower. A lot of mould in the shower. We ate in their restaurant had what was suppose to be lamb chops it was tough old leather. This was the worse meal that we have had in Turkey. Breakfast was included when we went down 1/2 before they closed there was no food left. No one asked if there was something they could get us we were just ignored. Ate a small bread roll with butter and honey the butter was bad, so we never had another meal in the hotel again. I could go on for pages about the lack of customer service . I have never written a bad review before, but I just had to tell people what they would be in for if they stayed in this hotel. It apparently has a rating of 8.7 it must be from their family.

Konforlu değildi

Otel odası çok fazla ses geçiriyordu. Yan odadaki kişinin duşakabin kapısını açıp kapamasını bile duyabiliyorduk. Oda sıcaklığı çok fazlaydı ve kontrol edilemiyordu. Bütün gece balkon kapısı sonuna kadar açık uyumaya çalıştık. Yastıklar inanılmaz yüksek ve sertti. Odada başka yastık alternatifi de yoktu. Otel genel olarak temiz. Kahvaltısı idare eder. Çalışanlar nazik.

Above expectations

Well appointed rooms with balcony and sea view. Despite very early check-out on our part, hotel staff provided breakfast for us. Very nice service. Overall, great experience at reasonable price.

1 günlük 3 kişilik otel konaklamamız için seyahatimizden 4 gün önce rezervasyonumuzu tamamladık. Konakladığımız gün, check in işlemi tamamlanalı 12 saat olmuş olmasına ve çoktan yerleşmiş olmamıza rağmen gece 3'de resepsiyondan bir görevli cep telefonumuzdan ulaşarak rezervasyonumuz olduğunu hala gelmediğimizi gelip gelmeyeceğimizi sordu. Otele giriş yaptığımızı kontrol ettiğimizi ifade ettiğimizde, Expedia üzerinden başka bir rezervasyon daha yaptığımızı söylediğinde böyle bir şey olmadığını ifade ettik. Gece rahatsız etmelerinden şikayetçi olmaksızın sabah 8'de resepsiyona uğrayarak yeniden bilgi almak için hata olduğunu tekrar bildirdik. Buna rağmen saat 11'de bankadan gelen sms ile 2. para çekiminden haberdar olduk. Yaklaşık 1 saat süren tartışma sonrası Hotels.com 'un rezervasyonu Expedia üzerinden tamamladığını biz kendimiz resepsiyona kanıtlamak zorunda kaldık. Oysaki otellerine gelen maili inceleseler ikisinin de aynı rezervasyon koduna sahip olduğunu anlamış olacaklardı. Hatalarını kanıtladığımızda bedeli iade ettiler. Kaba davranışları, bizi ilgilendirmez ifadeleri, hata ortaya çıkmış olmasına rağmen özür dilememeleri, gecenin bir saatinde rahatsız edecek kadar ahlaksız olduklarını telafi edecek birşey yapmamaları otelin güzel konumuna leke sürmüştür. Profesyonellikten uzak güvensiz ve dinlenmek için gittiğimiz doğa harikası konuma moral bozukluğu ekledikleri için kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz. Gelibolu'ya bir daha gittiğimizde kesinlikle uğramayacağımız bir tesis.

Direct aan het strand gelegen.

Voor ons was dit een overnachtingshotel op doorreis naar Griekenland en verder terug naar Nederland. In die zin voldeed het hotel. We kregen een kamer dat niet op zee uitkeek. Jammer, maar het was dus maar voor 1nacht. Kamer schoon en ontbijt niet overdadig maar voldeed goed. Parkeren was gratis en voor het hotel mogelijk.
