The lady who owns the place said I might like their other place around the corner, Secret Palace, as it had a balcony, lots of light, so forth. I did like the room. It was a small, but ample for me. The shower was one of those groovy rain shower types, had hot water, soap. “The place seemed quite clean, but a bit hard to find as the house is unmarked. They let me have a noon checkout which I appreciated. I was welcomed into my room with a massive swarm of mosquitos. They don’t provide a mosquito net but there is a noisy fan which kept most of the away. Unfortunately for me, it went downhill. I was bitten repeatedly all night and barely slept at all. When I woke up the bottom sheet was covered with abt twenty blood streaks/spots from bedbugs.”

“Лучшее место, где мы останавливались в Хиккадуве. Отель чистый, новый, бассейн всегда убирают. Завтраки не разнообразные, но вкусные. Кормят - не жалеют) Из окна на втором этаже вид на океан и прекрасные закаты. Номера просторные с кондиционером и вентилятором на потолке над кроватью. Очень теплый прием, помогали во всех вопросах, добродушный персонал. Хотели уехать в другой отель, но лучше места не нашли, с удовольствием вернулись как домой)”
