We were traveling with our dog and were looking for a place that allowed pets - when I found this place, saw it was so close to the main downtown area, and realized how reasonable the prices were, I booked it immediately. We were so happy with our room and the service provided by Nate, the owner. Our room (#4) was huge and had a full kitchen - we only stayed one night so we didn't get to take full advantage of that other than to stash our leftovers in the fridge. We will definitely stay here again if we ever do another weekend in town.

Staying at Hotel Galena was delightful. The rooms have retained the charm of an historic building with all the modern comfort and conveniences you may desire. And the bed was SO comfy. The owner and staff are very friendly, courteous, and make you feel like a welcomed guest. The property is convenient to the Main St. area where all the action is in town.
