Wonderful stay. They have a really nice breakfast options and attentive care by the staff to ensure everything remains stocked and serving/dining area remains clean. I had a bought of vertigo on the day of checkout and the manager was very nice to let us stay in the room for a little longer, which allowed time for meds to help so we could leave. We like to stay at this hotel when we are in Galena for skiing. It is only 20 minutes to the ski mountain. The continental breakfast and the pool and slide area are a bonus. Price can’t be beat. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

Our toddler loved the pool area, especially the indoor waterslide! Aside from that, staff seemed to be entirely overworked and was seen juggling literally every job in the hotel, by themselves. Our room was very clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival - there was a dried puddle of urine in front of the toilet, pee in the toilet, multiple cup rings on almost every surface, black mold on the bottom of the sofa mattress, LOTS of hair in the king bedsheets, and the phone had crumbs and stains. The free breakfast options were better than average, however the waffle batter ran out by 8:30 AM so we were stuck eating fruit and dry cereal. Staff was friendly and the place was vibrant with family guests, so overall a worthwhile stay, just wish it was cleaner so I didn’t have to clean our suite myself.
