Extremely run down, bare bones kind of place. Housekeeping actually does a pretty good job .. it’s hard for a place like this to look clean. Rooms smell terrible. Room 317 should be permanently condemned. We moved to another and it was a bit better.

The lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly. Hotel is well maintained and area around is quiet and felt safe to us.

Because it was cold, I wanted the heat on, it did not work. I asked for an additional blanket and all the extras were already handed out. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I noticed baby cockaroches and killed it. Upon departure, I notified front desk and she wrote down my complaints. Also, the bathtub handle would not lift to get the sprayer working. I finally got about half of it to spray out, so good enough. There was no hair dryer and only a shampoo and a small soap. There was not any coffee pot with complimentary coffee either.

Very good!

The room was very very clean The staff are incredible. The air conditioning / heater look brand new and worked amazing. Very well kept and organized. The hotel itself is off of a little road surrounded by trees. What a beautiful little area to have a hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable while there. Would stay again anytime.

Going to have surgery in Gainesville

I had to have surgery Friday morning and I didn’t know it was gator nationals.. But the stay was good so I could have my surgery and come back and rest and leave out Saturday morning..

Unfortunately the lobby area is the first impression and it was dingy. Staff was friendly. And the room was generally clean. Hallway to the rooms felt stuffy and carpet not clean.

This place is gross! I’ve never left a hotel to immediately grab Lysol wipes and wipe down every surface. Stay away!!!!!!! We checked out a day early and they kept our money anyway. It was worth every penny to sleep soundly in a clean hotel that didn’t smell like dogs/weed/cigarettes. Our bed has a plastic mattress protector that was ripped and the condition of the mattress was disgusting. Definitely urine stains.

The refrigerator was covered in rust. A door was missing on the cabinets. The towel I started to dry off with after my shower had something black on it. Looked like mold. The walls were dirty. They need painting. No trash can in the room. At least the bed and floors were clean.

Dirty premises

The room had really bad odor. The pillows had no pillow cases. The trash bin in the bathroom was full. No towels. The room was gross and definitely not even worth what we paid for it. The front desk manager was friendly. My colleague stayed in a different room that was also dirty and had bad odor. His room did not even have a pillow and he had to ask the front desk manager who was apologetic and helpful. Won't be staying in this hotel ever again.
