We loved the layout of the room - having a separate bedroom is nice so one sleeping doesn't hear the living room or kitchen noise. They do need to have Pest control come spray for roaches though. There was one in the bathroom dressing area.

They put us in a hearing impaired room on the 2nd floor. Room was next to i75 with tremendous road noise. The bed was horrible. No cushion on mattress and couch was narrow and worthless. I ran a fan all night to combat noise and no air flow. We requested some relief and they offered nothing. Also, tv would never shut off when we left next day. And there was no dishwasher soap so we left the dishes in the dishwasher. This is normally a good hotel with good staff. Next time we will reject this room. Lady at the breakfast buffet is very nice.

The staff was very courteous and attentive and the room was ok, had some signs of wear and tear (e.g. stained toilet bowl), but overall clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. My main let down was that while I was trying to sleep I could hear the noise from the highway next to the hotel (obviously not the hotel's fault, but it did impact my sleep unfortunately).

I would not recommend the hotel. The lobby was clean and front desk night staff was nice. However, room was very dirty. Pubes in the shower wall, carpet was dirty, our room smelled of weed. The service wasn’t good either. The pull out bed sofa had no sheets and when I went to the lobby to get sheets, they apparently had no sheets or pillows left in the entire hotel.
