What I can say this is one place that actually looks like the pictures the hotel has posted. Stayed here because I was tired while traveling on the road and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. This place is very clean and quiet love the new renovation.

The outside of the hotel is very dated but the rooms are completely renovated and still have that paint and new wood smell. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was close to parks, nature trails and The Swamp (Ben Hill Griffin Stadium) The manager was extremely helpful with a billing issue. I would stay there again.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Fine place to sleep for the night at a cheap price. Was it fancy? no. Did it have anything beyond the basics? No. Were the walls thin? Absolutely. And it god loud at times. But it was clean and cheap! I’d only suggest this place if you just needed a nice clean bed to stay in and weren’t actually going to spend any time in the hotel. Bring earplugs.

The room has been recently renovated, and was remarkably clean. The “window banger” A/C unit was very loud, but otherwise, the interior of the room was excellent. This is definitely a no frills motel experience, and the exterior of the building still needs work. Parking was convenient, but with relatively small spaces.
