The rooms were amazing—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was also incredible—very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The location is a major plus, as the hotel is surrounded by everything you need, making it very convenient. The only downside was parking. When the hotel is full, finding a parking spot can be very difficult and frustrating. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again.

As a mom traveling with a toddler… it was my worst nightmare getting into bed at midnight after a long drive only to find out that both beds were infested with bed bugs. I found this out after I put my son to bed. I had to wake my son up at midnight, book another hotel and had to pack up our belongings right away. The staff was very understanding and apologetic offering me another accommodation but after the amount that I saw…I had to leave.

Parking was crowded but finding a spot wasn’t awful. Pool was closed, not sure why, but we suspected it was because of the number of people there and they didn’t want to deal with it. Libby bar area had one person serving, even with 40-50 patrons. Even if 5 doors down from elevator, you hear the ding all night long. I’d say a great location, 5 stars, but the overall price-point is not worth it in my opinion; however, lower level hotel nearby aren’t much better.

The room was spotless and the staff were great. My only problem the parking lot had no handicap parking the most direct route from the parking lot to the hotel entrance was over a high curb stone and down another high curb on the other side. Or you had to follow the driveway around
