The staff were pleasant and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults. The only negative is that I chose this location for several reasons, including the hot tube amenity, which was on, but not working.

Even though the hotel is currently under renovation, we had a great experience overall. The walking trail right in front of the hotel was especially nice—it was quiet, perfect for a peaceful morning walk, and offered beautiful scenery. Although the trail isn’t fully completed yet, it was more than adequate for a relaxing 20–30 minute stroll.

I liked the close proximity to the Mall of Georgia and its surrounding restaurants and attractions. I didnt like that website said breakfast was included with the room ($200+ a night) but was charged for each item ordered.

We had 2 rooms, one on the 2nd floor the other on the 3rd floor. The bathrooms were not in the greatest shape (example: no shower door, shower curtain too short, water goes all over the floor) and in the 2nd floor room the outlets by the beds did not work. The room is quite dark… The tv’s are VERY small, looked like a 32in tv and it’s hard to find a channel without scrolling through each and every channel. Also you had to pay for breakfast! The front desk person that checked us in was so nice and personable.
