It’s an older motel but I found a very comfortable bed, a nice hot shower, and easy to use TV with many channels. There’s no breakfast option at the motel but there’s a Cracker Barrel 2 exits away and also an amazing German bakery nearby called Rumpy’s. This motel is a great budget friendly option and you get to park right outside your room. I will definitely plan to rebook this motel as I come through Gainesville at least twice a year!

Ok for a 1night stay

If you're just needing a place to stay for 1 night, this will do, it was clean, had a refrigerator and microwave, and the beds were clean and also 1 exit away from lots of places to eat and only 9min from Winstar.

Clean but old and tired looking.

Property is tired. The room was clean, and had been updated a bit. Everything worked (microwave, refrigerator, A/C, etc.), but there were also loose doorknobs, squeaky hinges, etc.

Good price for a nights stay. Could upgrade your pillows or BYOP. Proximity to Windstar is great and beats the price of the big places. If you need a clean bed, no upgrades, this fills the bill.

We stayed here only because everything in town was booked. The guy at check in was behind locked door holding a sign in the window to communicate. When you call you have to leave a message. The rooms where clean and the bed was comfy but my pillow smelled like someones head. There was no soap so im glad I brought my own. The coffee maker did not work. Scary that he didnt feel safe enough to have a lobby to check people in. Our friends didnt have a coffee maker in their room. We survived! It was memoriable.

Front check in was outside, checker was behind glass with small pass through at bottom. Very little English, used hand signals to ask if we wanted smoking/non-smoking room. Had "flash cards" to tell us to leave key in room when we checked out. Key did not work on dead bolt, door handle lock was loose and not secure. Little to no hot water. Coffee pack was for 2 cups of coffee with a 12 cup Coffee pot. Located on the service road of N IH35. Convenient to get to. VERY LOUD traffic noise inside room.

They can do better for 80 bucks a night.

The bed was broken. Slept in a leaning mattress. They had renovations for the bathroom, but clearly the front desk is also the cleaning staff. Being near the casino, I'm sure they make enough money to inspect these rooms.
