It was good option for the time we had in Gainesville. The fridge was almost frozen and not cooling enough. Room was really good and clean. Good hot water and AC. Not bad.

Friendly staff- good breakfast

The room was clean. It's a bit noisy due to being right by I-75. Had issues with TV due to past storm. Great staff and very accommodating.

Excellent Service

The hotel is currently under new management and construction. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was way better than we expected. Breakfast consisted of a small hot bar, along with the usual hotel breakfast. There were plenty of restaurants around, like Pizza Hut. Also, there is a Home Depot next door.

Not a great place to stay. Like an old Motel 6 that needs a complete makeover. The Staff was great. Tried to make the best of what they had to deal with. Breakfast was good.

Bed was comfotable and clean. Missing morror in bathroom. Flooring was not good. Hotel needs a remodel. You get what you pay for.

I do not recommend this hotel.

The price was extremely high. The experience was truly bad. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, poor security: the access door to the third floor was broken. Dirty elevator, stairs, and hallways. Overall, the building needs a lot of repairs and maintenance. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel should be blown up. The room was tiny-thebathroom was very small-paint was peeling. Thebed linens smelled. No instructions for the television. We heard every movement from the people upstairs. Fixtures were outdated

The staff was very nice and cordial. The elevator was not working upon arrival but was soon fixed. The linens were clean. The sink had been leaking and woodwork showed wear and tear. This place is the absolute worst and should be fined for getting away with charging the amount they do during college activities, I’ve never felt as unsafe as did during my stay, I don’t even know how I even booked this place, it’s a disgrace what the hotels do during busy season and how much the take advantage of families, this place needs to be burnt down!

The light switch right inside the door didn't work and didn't have a plate. Also, one of the electric outlet plates was broken. There were holes in the sheetrock on the wall. The floor in the third floor hallway needs to be replaced as it looks like it was wet and felt swishy when walked on. But the staff was very nice and helpful.
