I was very disappointed with my stay at Icon Brickell, especially as a parent traveling with children. The apartment and overall property did not match what was presented in the photos, which was disappointing from the start. At the pool, I was supervising three children at all times, but we were repeatedly approached about rules that had not been clearly communicated. I was first told I had to be inside the pool with the children, which I did. Then, one child was told he could not jump in, even though he was wearing a life jacket and I was supervising him. Later, we entered the hot pool and were only then told that children must be over 5 years old. I understand that safety rules are necessary, but they should be clearly posted and explained in advance. Families should know these restrictions before entering the pool area. What was supposed to be an enjoyable family stay became stressful and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Icon Brickell to families with young children.

Noble Den was the perfect spot to lay our heads for our NY trip. Our room was modern and comfortable, the rooftop patio had great views of the city. The staff was so nice and helpful, they even helped get us a car to the airport for way less that Uber or lyft. The location is phenomenal too. Smack dab between Little Italy and China Town and a quick walk to Soho. I think this will be where stay from now on.

The property was quiet. There wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in our room. So we had to buy a small coffee pot. After a day or 2 the staff let us know we had access to a kitchen for use of a microwave. They had a very small ice maker that we were able to get about a cup of ice from. Those were some of the inconveniences. The beds were very nice the room was quiet we had a lot of natural light. Only two small lamps. The bathroom light kept flickering on and off so we had to unscrew one of the light bulbs. We were able to cut our trip short I did not receive any refund for that. Which was fine the last place I stayed in South Miami Beach I did also leave early and I received money back for each day that I had not stayed. If we were to come back to that area for any type of vacation or stay we will find a different place.

East hotel is Exellent! Very clean! The staff was very well organized! It's connected to a mall! Great restaurants. Great view from everywhere in the hotel. Awesome hotel! A recommendation that I have is to add a mini refrigerator. The restaurants in the hotel are great!!! So that will give us a place to store the extra food from the restaurants. Instead of throwing the great food away.
