It's a good hotel. Very much focused on Chinese tourists. It was hard to get a beer or a Coke at the bar next to reception, for instance. Staff were very helpful and polite in trying to understand any request coming from a customer with little to no Chinese speaking skills.

The breakfast food are ok but the services was very bad, table not cleaned, no top up of food when is finish. Coffee service without sugar.

Good value, quality, location.

Good value for the quality of the hotel. Clean and well-maintained facility. Upscale rooms. Excellent breakfast. Beds are "western soft", not "Chinese hard". Location is next to Hot Springs Park on the edge of downtown. Convenient to Thaihot Plaza 12-14 minutes by taxi. Staff is courteous and helpful, with enough English capability to get by.
