Really friendly staff - the roof top terrace was great and the guys serving were very polite and helpful. Nice touches including a late afternoon delivery of some sweets each day! The free breakfast was lovely and the location of the hotel was fantastic so close to everything in just a few minute walk.

Very good location near historic old town. A few minutes walk from the Aerobus (airport to town public transport) stop. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were all very welcoming and gave advice on local trips etc.... Glad we chose to stay here.

Room was very spacious and check-in staff was super nice. We got a welcome drink and excellent recommendations for tours and things to do. The location of the hotel was great for walking around but not easy to access via car. The breakfast seemed like a standard among all the hotels we stayed at in Portugal. Our first room has a broken shower that would flood the bathroom. We were able to switch rooms after a few days into a room that had another broken shower. Disappointing. The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Definitely not orthopedic.

A lovely hotel in a fairly busy area, close to the port, bus station, shops and restaurants. Room was clean, but quilt was super tucked in and had to be wrestled with to release and was heavy! Breakfast was fantastic and roof top bar had great views.
