When we arrived at Quinta Bela Santiago the hotel was overbooked . Expedia is selling this hotel to a tour operator so with no room despite paying in Advance we ended up at Quinta Bela Vistas Palace . The hotel was splendid into a very quiet area of Funchal . I was upset as we wanted to be in town but realised the staff at the reception were super nice and the breakfast staff too . Sadly no restaurant opens in this hotel but we had a lovely stay in Madeira thank you.
