Fabulous location, with steps straight in to the sea. The views are amazing and the rooms were spacious, stylish and comfortable. The Pool side restaurant is excellent, with really friendly staff and great service. We will be back!

recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated its excellent location—very convenient to nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and key attractions. However, I was disappointed by the overall atmosphere. The staff did not come across as warm or welcoming, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the pool appeared green, likely due to the yellow tiling, which was a bit off-putting. While the convenience of the location was a definite plus, the hospitality and maintenance could use improvement.

Nice and modern hotel in the center of Funchal! Short distances to the airport and the historic center of Funchal with cafes, restaurants and shops. The rooms were neat and clean with a beautiful room - recommend the room with ocean view! The pool are is also very nice with the colorful setting.
