Stunning apartment in the heart of Funchal. Check in was great at Hotel Madeira and we were shown to the apartment and had everything explained to us. The apartment was very spacious, large rooms, comfortable beds and sparkling bathrooms. The terrace was a lovely touch with ample space for a meal or coffee. Kitchen was fully stocked with good appliances. We also used the pool and bar in Hotel Madeira which were great, good prices and nice drinks. Everything is walkable from the apartment so the location is perfect. There was building work happening next door so it was a bit noisy during the day, but we were out for most of the time so it wasn’t a huge issue. I would love to stay here again.
