“The room was clean and just roomy enough for one person. The lack a of sink in the bathroom was a bit of a negative though. The spa was a big plus for me because I need to recover from the long drive from Hiroshima before climbing in the Northern Alps. The staff were very friendly! Great smiles!”

I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station. ”

“Absolutely LOVE this hotel. Great location near the train station and we had a bright and spacious room with full amenities. I particularly liked you could just ask for new towels and trash removal instead of the whole “make up my room” option. Just felt more eco’ and efficient. I also love there was the Toyama water dispenser on each level. And the service was perfect. Love it! Deffff recommend.”
