事前にコルク抜きを貸してもらえるか電話で確認したら「ホテルにあるので貸すこと可能」と言われ、買っていかなかったのに、夜借りようとフロントに電話したら分からないと言われて、結局貸して貰えなかった。チェックインの時もコーヒーメーカーの使い方をフロントに聞いても分からなかった。 ホテルの設備については物、使い方について人によって差が出ないようにちゃんと教育してほしい ほんとワインオープナー買っていけば良かったって後悔してます。

先日はお世話になりました。古さのあるコンパクトなホテルですが、カラフルなバスソルトやアメニティなどを部屋に持って行けるなどきめ細やかなサービスでホテルの方は少人数ですが対応がとても良くかったです。お部屋は割と広く清潔でお風呂や洗面も新しく綺麗でした。ドライヤーも速乾の最新の物とコテが置いてあり便利でした。ベッドと枕も大変寝心地が良かったです。ただお部屋のカビ臭さ？がいつまでも気になりました。他の宿泊者とは同じ階で会う事もなかったので部屋は静かで快適に過ごせました。朝食もちょうど良い品数でどれも美味しくエビフライが特に美味しかったです。残念だったのは味付けのりがくっついて剥がれ無かったこととコーヒーが水ぼい感じで美味しく無かったことだけです。またララアリーナライブの時はぜひ利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
