Concert stay

Handy central hotel, literally a few mins walk from the railway station. Nice big rooms, unfortunately no Air Con which we desperately needed during our stay as the outside temperature was hitting the 30s.

Lovely big room, tastefully decorated and cleaned every day! Staff are very helpful. The property is located in walking distance to the station but also shopping district and historical centre. The only tiny disadvantage is that there was no Aircon, a fan was provided though it was noisy. When opening the widows it was a bit noisy too. However, it would not deter me from booking here again.

The bed is not great for a family sleeping together because it’s just two beds together and not a king size. Breakfast a little bit too expensive for what you get. Overall a good stay for a decent price.

The hotel is very simple but for spending just one night was ok. It’s old and going through renovation so it’s kind of a mess in some areas. The window was extremely dirty outside, you could only see scaffolds from it so the curtains must be closed at all times. The parking place is sort of tricky, but in the end a good option to book it.

The property had a decent shower, however, was not aware of all the construction they are in the middle of doing, until it was to late to cancel. Also, breakfast selection was slim, especially at the price we paid. Parking was horrible, and not very well marked. I would add photos but, even though there is a place to add, the link is not working. I would advise looking for other hotels and pass this one by.

This hotel closes reception desk at 10pm. I forgot my card in the room because the room requires card in the slot to get electricity. I came after 10pm and met the staff in the hallway leaving, but they simply refused to get another card for me to enter the room. They asked me to call the security company located in Berlin to open my room, and the telephone number was never able to reach through. I wasn’t able to get into the room for the night.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

If I could give the hotel just a big fat zero I would. Their customer service is deplorable unacceptable and nonexistent. Due to an airline situation we were not able to go to Florida and I was unable to cancel until the morning of my arrival. They charged me full seven nights stay when the hotel was completely surrounded in scaffolding and I canceled 24 hours late. I begged for a refund I emailed got no response begged some more and then they threatened me that if I didn't stop emailing I would never get a refund. Guess what I did not get even one night's refund of my seven nights. I have stayed in this hotel at least five times before and I used to love it. And I am quite certain that the renovation whenever it's finished and whenever they decide to tell you about it, it will be lovely. But they don't care about their customers and they refuse to work with you and I would never stay here again ever

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Es hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, Restaurants sind auch fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist auch in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Schlosstheater ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage von der man direkt ins Hotel kommt.

Wie immer eine angenehme Nacht im Invite. Tolle Lage. Fairer Preis. Das Personal ist super nett. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Die Fenster müssen mal geputzt werden. Am ganzen Gebäude... Das Frühstück ist ok aber ausbaufähig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
