“Despite being a foreigner in a commonly Japanese space, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Being able to sample multiple variations of green tea (leaps and bounds more complex than any I had tasted back home) while looking out across the lake was an unforgettable experience. I wish I had stayed an extra night so I could experience a few more of the available services, but I did manage to purchase some tea leaves and orange juice for the journey. A top nitch experience all around.”

“This Ryokan was absolutely perfect. Train station literally across the street. Quiet area and the property itself was spectacular. Rooms were spacious, food was delicious. Also, onsen near the lake was peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“快適に過ごせました、 多少、近隣の部屋の物音がありましたが部屋が広かったのでそれほど気になりませんでした。 お風呂から外が見れて快適でした。 部屋も広くて使いやすかった。 浴衣だったのが少し残念でしたかね。 また、機会があれば泊まりたいです。”

“中型犬2頭と大人３人で泊まりました。離れの建物で、外観や中の建具などはレトロでおばあちゃんちという雰囲気でしたが、お風呂、トイレ、壁紙、洗面台などリフォームされていてとても清潔で綺麗でした。　 車で10分？くらいのところに大きなイオンやドンキホーテがありました。素泊まりだったので食料はそこで買い出ししました。 お布団も清潔で、エアコンもよく効いて寝やすかったです。 犬も居心地が良かったようで、帰るのを渋っていました。 堤防がすぐ目の前で、犬の散歩もしやすかったです。 離れは風呂、トイレが室内にありました。部屋もとても広く、テレビや冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポットがありました。 また是非利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 ”

“Rooms were nice and big, but the temperature of the room was warm. We asked for a fan to help cool it down which made it much better. ”

“The room is bigger than I expected and is pretty comfortable. I love that they provide free noodles at night, free probiotics drink in the morning and free ice cream from 3 pm to 1 am. There is a public bath on the top floor, which looks very clean and nice but I didn’t use. The hotel is about .4 miles from Kakegawa station and is a good place to stay for going to an event at Ecopa stadium/arena. ”
